Tianxi Bazi is a fully offline application designed for BaZi (Four Pillars) chart plotting. We DO NOT collect, upload, store, or share any of your personal data (including but not limited to: birth date, birth time, gender, and birth location) on any remote servers. All calculations — including city lookup, true solar time conversion, and chart plotting — are processed strictly on your local device.
All data entered by the user (birth information and saved chart profiles) is stored solely in your device's local storage and used only for on-device calculation. Uninstalling the app removes this data. Nothing is transmitted off your device.
This application does not contain any third-party advertising SDKs, data analytics tools, or user trackers. The application does not require internet permissions to function, ensuring zero risk of data tracking or privacy leaks.
City geographic data (coordinates and IANA time zones) bundled inside the app comes from GeoNames (geonames.org), used under the CC BY 4.0 license. The list of cities in mainland China is public administrative-division information, with coordinates likewise from GeoNames.
Tianxi Bazi is a charting tool based on traditional Chinese numerology and chronological calculation formulas. All generated charts, fortune readings, texts, and contents (including the daily/monthly/yearly fortune sections and the folk-culture "Bone Weight" feature) are provided strictly for cultural research, historical study, and entertainment purposes only. The results do not possess any definitive life guidance meaning, nor do they constitute professional financial, legal, medical, or life advice. The studio and developers assume no legal liability or responsibility for any decisions made or actions taken by users based on the application's outputs.

天禧八字（Tianxi Bazi）是一款纯本地运行的八字（四柱）排盘工具。我们不会、也绝不在任何远程服务器上收集、上传、存储或共享您输入的任何个人数据（包括但不限于：出生日期、出生时间、性别、出生地点等）。城市搜索、真太阳时换算与八字排盘的全部计算，均在您的手机本地完成。
您录入的出生信息与保存的命例，仅存储在您的本地设备中，只用于设备本地的排盘算法计算；卸载 App 即随之清除，任何数据都不会离开您的设备。
本应用不包含任何第三方广告 SDK、数据分析工具或网络追踪器。应用完全不请求网络权限，不存在任何隐私泄露与数据追踪风险。
App 内置的城市地理数据（经纬度、IANA 时区）来源于 GeoNames（geonames.org），依据 CC BY 4.0 授权使用。中国大陆城市名单为行政区划公开信息，坐标同样来自 GeoNames。
